Starting the Preparation

Once each participant has been assigned a role and there is at least one adjudicator on the team, advance the debate to the Preparation stage by clicking the Preparation arrow in the meeting navigation bar at the bottom of the Lobby.

In invite-only debates only the Organizer can take this action. In Open Debates any signed-up adjudicator can advance the stage.

If the Adjudicator role is not yet assigned, the platform shows a warning and the debate stays in the Lobby until at least one adjudicator is present.
